Summer Employment Applications
Update: We are still need a variety of food service staff, equine staff, 5 male counselors, 1 female counselor, and medical staff volunteers.
Staff applicants need to be at least graduating from high school the June before working at the camp. Due to our teenaged campers, the age and maturity of staff is a major factor. Base counselor staff pay does start at $350 per week. The job includes room, board, staff training, which all adds real value to the job. Specialized staff have a higher pay scale, such as medical staff.
The primary employment range is June 13th - August 5th, 2022. Additional work opportunities exist before and after summer begins.

Oswegatchie Summer Camp is a culture shock for new staff new to summer camp. Spend as much time as possible reading our brochures, websites, and facebook page. We want you to make sure this is the best possible opportunity for you to experience.
Additionally, Oswegatchie prefers to have staff that are at least graduating from high school that June. Since our campers are in high school, the older a counselor, the better their ability to make smart decisions.
